At Dhol & Soul, we’re not here to play it safe with five predictable dishes. We’re Eindhoven’s first Indian restaurant that dares to celebrate the real India — loud, diverse, unapologetic.

Our cuisine is not fusion. It’s not reimagined. It’s not toned down. It’s India in its raw, untamed glory — bursting with stories, heirloom recipes, and street food treasures whispered through generations.

From the soul-soothing comfort of a forgotten village curry to the thumping heartbeat of a Delhi chaat bazaar — every plate is a passport to the billion-dish wonderland that is India.

We exist for the curious Dutch, the homesick Indian, and everyone hungry for something real. This is a place where butter chicken meets its cousins, sambar stops being homesick, and the Indian head wobble is a form of service.
