Delta started developing in 1988 and some 20 years ago we embraced circular principles. Since then, we have been applying the Cradle-to-Cradle® philosophy to create spectacular, functional and sustainable logistics, office and residential space.

Today, we are working in the Netherlands and Germany on modular, demountable logistics buildings and innovative leasehold models that reduce waste. All our buildings are carbon-positive, meaning that they generate enough clean energy during their life cycle to offset the carbon footprint throughout their lifetime. We work creatively with clients, architects, investors, municipalities and partners to embed positive principles in the world we build together.
