Delectronics B.V. develops innovative concepts and systems within the field of (electrical) engineering. Delectronics also offers contract research, consultancy and design services. Founded in 2007, Delectronics was initially a holding company as one of the shareholders of the IC-Design company Axiom-IC. In 2013, Axiom IC got acquired and is now part of Teledyne-Dalsa. Delectronics remains actively involved in Teledyne-Dalsa-Axiom IC through contract research. Delectronics is owned and founded by Daniel Schinkel.
