We love creative food, authentic people and inspiring nature. In the Tuinkamer, we try to combine these things with all the love, skills and talents we possess, without undue fuss. The main idea behind the Priona Gardens for the past thirty years has been to cooperate with nature, instead of trying to control it. That belief is the foundation for the restaurant as well: every plate is a testimony to the power, diversity and, of course, the taste of nature.
