Wij zijn een externe, onafhankelijke coördinator van interne klokkenluiderprocedures. Onze dienstverlening:

- Wij ontvangen meldingen en zorgen daarna, in onderling overleg, ook voor de opvolging daarvan. - Wij verzorgen de communicatie met de melder op vertrouwelijke wijze. We kunnen ook het onderzoek voor u coördineren. - We helpen u bij het maken van een eenvoudige meldprocedure en onderzoeksprotocol. - We kunnen ook uw integriteitscoördinator, vertrouwenspersonen, FG, HR-afdeling en MT trainen m.b.t. de Wet bescherming klokkenluiders. - Wij helpen u bij de verplichte jaarlijkse rapportage aan de OR.

Sinds 2023 moet elke juridische entiteit vanaf 50 medewerkers en alle entiteiten die onder de financiële en/of de anti-witwaswetgeving vallen een onafhankelijke coördinator van hun klokkenluiderregeling aanstellen. Wij doen dit als sinds 2007 en hebben bij diverse organisaties klokkenluiderprocedures uitgerold en gecoördineerd. We hebben dan ook al honderden zaken behandeld.

We are an external, independent coordinator of speak-up or whistleblowing procedures. We offer the following services:

- We are the independent recipient of whistleblower reports - We handle the communication with the reporter in a confidential way and can also coordinate the investigation for you - We assist to put a clear reporting procedure and investigation protocol in place. - We provide training on the Whistleblower Protection Act - We can prepare the annual report on the whistleblowing procedure for you. In The Netherlands it is mandatory to provide an annual report to the Works Council.

Since 2023 all legal entities in The Netherlands with 50 employees or more and all entities subject to financial and/or anti-moneylaundering legislation have to appoint somebody who is independent to coordinate their whistleblowing procedure. We have rolled out and coordinated whistleblowing procedures since 2007 at multiple organizations and handled hundreds of reports.
