About De Eekhoorn Begeleiding
“De Eekhoorn begeleiding” is een kleinschalige HKZ- GGZ gecertificeerde organisatie welke sedert 2011 professionele woonbegeleiding biedt aan jongeren vanaf 18 jaar met psychische problematiek, een verstandelijke beperking en/of verslavingsproblematiek.
De Eekhoorn biedt thans begeleiding aan 30 cliënten. Het merendeel van deze jongeren heeft vanuit de WMO een indicatie voor Beschermd Thuis. Een klein aantal jongeren heeft een indicatie vanuit de Wet Langdurige Zorg. (WLZ)
