Currents connects South African engineering talent with the Dutch industry.

The Netherlands faces a shortage of technical staff. This slows down projects in the Energy Transition and High-Tech sectors. At the same time, South Africa is home to world-class engineers looking for international growth.

Currents bridges this gap.

We specialize in High-Skilled Engineering roles. We do not just forward CVs. We build a pipeline of pre-screened, qualified professionals and handle the entire migration process.

We focus on three core sectors:

Energy & High Voltage: Grid Planners, Primary/Secondary Engineers, and Power System Consultants.

For Dutch Clients: We provide access to a pool of English-speaking, culturally compatible engineers. We manage the Highly Skilled Migrant (Kennismigrant) procedure and ensure a smooth relocation.
