About CTRL Disrupt

CTRL Disrupt is a security and risk management firm. We act as your organisation's external security and risk office, taking ownership of the governance, strategy, risk, architecture, and compliance that decide whether security actually works, on an ongoing basis rather than as a report that's delivered and left behind.

We hold two fronts most firms treat separately.

The threat picture: cybercrime and ransomware, insider risk, supply-chain exposure, AI-specific risk, and the physical and natural disruptions that pure-cyber programs forget.

And the regulatory picture: ISO 27001, NIS2, BIO2.0, the EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, NEN 7510. Managed as one operation, not parallel workstreams.

Security that ignores compliance fails its audits; compliance that ignores real threats fails the organisation. We hold both.

We manage the program, we don't run a SOC, sell tooling, or operate infrastructure. That's what keeps our judgement independent: we can tell you honestly whether your tools and partners are earning their place, and help you choose the right ones where you need them.

Built for mid-sized and growing organisations, typically 50 to 2,000 people, where security and compliance have become board-level concerns but a full internal department isn't yet the right answer.

We treat security and risk as an enabler of ambition, not a constraint on it. The goal is simple: leave every organisation more resilient than we found it.
