The future isn't a fixed point, it's a canvas. 🎨 I guide anyone who feels stuck or uncertain in using creative self-reflection to delve deeper into themselves and solve the problems that matter most.

My Approach: Creating a Pause for Insight Whether you're facing a creative block, a life transition, or just the feeling of being overwhelmed, my coaching is deeply person-centered. The rush of daily life makes it easy to lose touch with your core purpose. My role is to create a pause, a space where you lead, and I help you listen deeply to your own values, beliefs, and inner clarity.

Talented people often get stuck on questions like "What if I fail?" or "What if I'm not enough?" I help you navigate the fog of pressure and fear 🌫️, understanding that fear is simply a sign you care. We transform emotional pressure into clear, actionable insight.

The Power of Creative Reflection I use simple, playful creative exercises, like drawing your fear as a character or mapping out your inner dialogues, as powerful tools to cut through overthinking. Creativity isn't just for artists; it's the key to unlocking solutions when logic hits a wall. The result? You move from being stuck to self-assured, making choices that truly reflect who you are.

My Commitment Since qualifying as a Career Counsellor in 2020, I've been exploring the link between creativity, wellbeing, and growth. Alongside my work as an Executive Assistant, I volunteer with The International Coaching and Counselling Institute, because I believe support should be accessible to everyone.
