Core Resilience helps improve quality of (organizational) life, using science-based and holistic approaches. Whether you are an individual with a traumatic and difficult past, or only recently have begun to encounter challenges in your present life circumstances, we are trained to work with and support you in the context of family or work. In order to fulfill our purpose, we work with both individuals and organizations to reprogram the system, which is sometime stuck in rigid patterns, for improved long-term health, agility and well-being.
