Our mission is being a solution partner and trusted advisor to provide access to treatment in healthcare. We aim to add value to accelerate and unlocking the full potential of Pharmaceutical products.

We created Core Access Strategy to help our clients in strengthening and safeguarding their reimbursed businesses in high pressure Healthcare environment. In brief, we provide services on projects including :

• Providing strategic advice to the Executive Board & Commercial Leadership Team on Landscape of therapeutic areas and the company's market access future. • Leading reimbursement activities for the countries globally (covering EU, UK, US, Canada, TR, Argentina, Brazil, China) for approved indications and work in close collaboration with country`s colleagues to ensure successful and favourable reimbursement and no delays / restrictions for patient access to treatment. • Leading projects, from strategy to implementation to unlocking the full potential of innovation via RX channel • Guiding, advising, driving, implementation projects • Defining pricing strategies for new innovations • Creating `reference pricing database` for global team • Identifying frames for evidence on key decision makers • Coaching, mentoring and working with teams to complete their objectives and projects • Coaching and conduct trainings for Market Access Team, Tender Team and sales organization
