Copernicus Management Consultancy (CMC) enables organizations to build capabilities essential for achieving competitive and sustainable advantage. One of our founding principles is that successful organizations are 'Responsive Enterprises': companies that are skilled in continuously inspecting and adapting to customer needs. We derived our name from the renown astronomer and mathematician Copernicus. The reason being that his revolutionary concept is causing a paradigm shift in todays economy. As he proofed the earth revolves around the sun, instead of being the center of the universe, organizations benefit from understanding they revolve around customer needs instead of the other way around.

Despite being a small Management Consultancy firm, we can call upon a network of strong leaders, senior specialists and consultants with proven track records. Our company has had an international client base from the moment of inception. And as may be clear from reading this page, we are mainly involved in complex transformations (Agile/Digital/BusinessDevOps/etc), programs in the area of Organizational Behavior (Cultural changes) and senior Interim Management challenges.

CMC was founded by Sjors van Gemert in 2017. After having worked in Governance, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare and having successfully lead organizations and complex transformations, he decided to put his experience to use across a wide customer base.
