Conway Litigation & Arbitration is a boutique law firm specialized in assisting in large and often complex cases in various industries (such as Construction, Maritime & Transport, Trade, Renewables). Not only do we support our clients in large projects in the Netherlands, and Spain, but also internationally.

We help our clients to succeed with their projects. Our services are therefore focused on structuring our clients’ projects, transactions and/or partnerships in a smart and sensible way in order to minimize as many risks as possible. We blend our traditional legal knowledge with our understanding of the technical aspects in a matter in order to solve the business'​ problems of our clients.

In conflict situations, we provide a sharp analysis of the issues in order to achieve an early strategic solution. If an amicable solution is not possible, we will provide assistance in court proceedings or in national or international arbitration procedures.
