About Connected World Services Netherlands

Who are we? Connected World Services is an independent operating component of the Dixons Carphone Group in England. We take care of the whole handling process from damage, lost to theft of mobile phones. We do it for 4 countries in Europe, The Netherlands, Portugal, Germany and Belgium. We have for this purpose 50 employees in service with different backgrounds, therefore the main language outside the NL-team is English. Additionally, CWS offers in the Netherlands technical support, direct and through partners technical support to end consumers. Our specialists aim to quickly and professionally solve all common problems encountered by consumers in the use of smart technology and computers.
