Connect2Crowd supports companies in their digital transformation becoming more responsive to digital trends and helps them to understand and profit from the rapid technology developments and anticipate on disruptive business models. We typically work for clients with or without an existing digital team but with the ambition to transform from their current position to become more digital mature and responsive to future digital trends. Connect2Crowd increases digital performance, shortens time to market at better ROI’s and makes them a better sparring partner for agencies leading to smoother project execution. It is our vision that the digital performance is impacted by: - the quality of the organization (people, skills, suppliers, governance etc.), - methodologies (way of working, development methods, etc.), - technology & infrastructure (e.g. cloud hosting, releasing bottlenecks, etc). We work with a very experienced team of digital specialists that are seasoned in traditional and/or young client organizations. We bring along a great amount of tools, methodologies and standards helping clients to implement successfully. Connect2Crowd is a pragmatic hands-on team that helps the client on their strategy, tactics, project or operational issues. Sometimes we start with strategy or optimizing the organization but in many other cases we were asked to start pragmatically by accelerating projects, select and work with new suppliers, set up an infrastructure roadmap etc.. Connect2Crowd was founded by the management team that set up and lead the Heineken Global Digital Team (Webcentre) for 6 years and the two founders have 15+ years of digital experience and worked for Philips International, BP, but also agencies like LBi.
