Who am I? I’m Robert Taal, a specialist in transformation and growth with a sharp eye for what works – and what doesn’t. I won’t sugarcoat things or take you on a roundabout journey. I’ll put my finger right on the sore spot. Sure, that might be a bit confronting, but it’s always with the aim of truly helping your organization move forward. Coaching people and management is at the heart of what I do, ensuring everyone is engaged and empowered.
