We love cocktails and the flamingo is a summer bird. We were looking for an ideal combination to create a delicious summer drink. Flamingos mainly occur on the American continent. We grew up in the 80s with, among others, Miami Vice. That waddling group of flamingos in the opener and those bright pink neon colors that are typically '80.
