CILIS is a hospitality targeted service designed especially for owners and managers of serviced apartments in the short stay sector. We developed the idea for CILIS working in some of Europes major cities (Barcelona, Rome, Amsterdam, Paris and London). During this period, we travelled extensively and stayed in serviced apartments in various areas of these cities. When in a foreign city, its helpful to know where you are and what you can do in the neighbourhood of your accommodation. In a Hotel, it’s easy to ask the front desk manager or concierge and get helpful tips for your needs such as restaurants, bike rentals, ticket info for museums and information about the room you’re staying in.It becomes a bit more challenging when you stay in an apartment. We have found the solution where it's possible for an owner to upgrade the hospitality to a level which turns it into a fully serviced apartment. With a special technology we can reach out to the guests in the apartment, making sure to serve them with everything they need during their trip. Its all right there at the tip of their fingers. We connect to the guests through the wifi connection in the apartment. For this they will use their own laptop, smart phone or tablet. We make sure that they will be able to plan their trip, dine in the best restaurants, find out whats happening in the best parts of town during their visit, and get great reviews for the owner/ manager.
