As a freelance contractor, I consulted 50+ game companies on live-ops and monetization strategies. Main areas of expertise include user acquisition, game design, monetization, live-ops, community management and business development (strategic partnerships).

I offer my services in the following three formats:

1. Game Analysis Spending 3-12 hours playing your game, over a number of days, while documenting my experience, I provide a deep analysis of the gameplay from the player's point of view. I will also analyze the game economy and any other methods of monetization that apply. I will bring up any points that can be considered for improvement. I will focus my advice around low-hanging fruit, but include also larger conceptual ideas for future consideration.

2. Management Advisor Working with the management team of your company, I optimize the economy and/or improve the monetization of one or more games in your portfolio. I analyse available data, design AB tests and guide the team through the execution of these experiments. I report back to the management team, but also fuel the operational team with insights gathered.

3. Mentor Working with one or more individuals in your company, I share my knowledge of, and experience in game monetization and game economy design. The exact contents of the program will depend on the experience and needs of the individuals in question and can be determined in close coordination with the individuals involved and their managers.
