About China-Europe Law Foundation

The objectives of the Foundation are: a. as a result of the globalization and China's rising financial performance, to promote communication between China and Europe in areas of laws, finance and education; b. to promote and to deepen mutual understanding of legal culture and legal system; c. to improve professional legal knowledge and service, and to enlarge the area of expertise by offering a better service to cross-border financing, cross-border trade and cross-border mergers and acquisitions; d. to reinforce the professional legal, financial and economic cooperation between China and Europe. e. to reinforce the mutual understanding and communication between China and Europe in the legal, economic and cultural area; f. to accept bequests with the benefit of inventory and to perform all such further acts and activities as are in the widest sense connected therewith, incidental thereto and/or which may be conducive thereto.
