About Changing Tides Consultancy AND Training

Changing Tides provides capacity building and support to nonprofit leadership and managers who want to professionalize their nonprofit and work towards resilience.

Capacity building Changing Tides offers online courses for nonprofits globally. Available courses are: - Project Design for nonprofits - Annual Reporting for nonprofits - Labour Law and HR for nonprofits who care about their team (opening soon). Each course includes explainer videos (plus audio and transcripts), instructions and work books plus a closed community in Facebook where questions are answered and support is provided also outside the weekly Q&A sessions.

Support Changing Tides also provides one-on-one support. This activity is limited. It includes short-term replacement (for the control or finance management position) as well as short-term assignments to set up basic finance, admin and HR systems.
