About Change Agent Network

Change Agent Network brings Change Agents together so they can step into a different context, one that is all about diversity and creativity. Within this network participants can share their experiences, see new perspectives and create new connections.

A Change Agents ambition is to establish a transition in health care, education, sustainability and the economy. By adopting a trans disciplinary work method, there will be more room for creativity and boundary crossing which will hopefully lead to sustainable and innovative minds in these different sectors.

During these meetups Change Agents can share experiences and lessons. These lessons will be translated to a practical case, what can you learn from it and how can you translate it to your own context? This way we do more than only talk about trans disciplinary collaboration, we start doing it within CAN and you can start doing it the next day!
