Since 2014, the Centre of Expertise Smart Sustainable Cities (CoE SSC) has been a driving force and coordinator in shaping sustainable and smart urban development. We collaborate with companies, governments, knowledge institutions, and students to create innovative solutions for today’s urban challenges.

Our multidisciplinary team brings together expertise from various fields to develop practical and creative approaches that contribute to healthier, smarter, and more sustainable cities—places where people can live, work, and relax comfortably.

Our work focuses on four key areas: Healthy Living Environment, Energy‑Neutral and Circular Districts, Sustainable Education, and Smart Mobility.
