About Center for Entrepreneurship @VU

The Center for Entrepreneurship @ Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (CfE@VU) hosts various unique activities in the field of entrepreneurship, all to teach and stimulate entrepreneurship.

- Helpdesk. We offer (future) student-entrepreneurship a helpdesk containing relevant links and information to help them start their first venture. The student assistants of the CfE@VU also act as consultants for the student entrepreneurs in face-to-face sessions.

- VU Alumni Entrepreneurs. The CfE@VU maintains a strong network with entrepreneurs who enjoyed a study at the VU Amsterdam, the network is diverse and the alumni cooperate in events and research activities.

- Educational Activities. With a MSc Entrepreneurship in collaboration with the University of Amsterdam and a minor, entrepreneurship education has claimed a strong position at the VU Amsterdam. Besides: an International Summerschool and 5 other courses are given at different faculties across the university.

- Entrepreneurship in Africa. Entrepreneurship is a global topic and the CfE maintains a strong relationship with South-East African universities and its researchers.
