CelSian Academy trained more than 2000 employees from the glass industry over the past 30 years.

Our courses are continuously updated and tailored to meet the current challenges of furnace operation and glass production.

The General Glass Technology Training Course is held 2 times per year in the Netherlands & the US.

Shorter courses are proposed all year long to learn more on specific subjects such as redox management, electric melting of glass, energy efficiency, glass coloration, bubble diagnosis etc.

Courses can be followed online or on-site. We can also provide in-company training tailored to the needs of individual companies and held at the location of their choice. In that case, courses can focus on specific areas of interest and offer an advantageous open dialogue among delegates.
