CDConsultancy has experience in designing and implementing international projects, facilitating improvement programs and setting-up learning platforms (WOPs) for WSS utilities. Carlos Diaz has been the coordinator of the EBC (www.waterbenchmark.org), and has helped developed the current global scope of this once northern European initiative of the Dutch Association of Water Companies (Vewin), the Danish Water and Wastewater Association (DANVA), the Norwegian National Association of Water and Wastewater Works (Norsk Vann), and the Finnish Water Utilities Association (FIWA). Carlos Diaz is a national of Peru and The Netherlands. He resides in Amsterdam since 2005. CDConsultancy is located in Het West-Indisch Huis, a Dutch monument once the HQ of the Dutch West-India Company located in the historic center of Amsterdam.
