Cats Flexible Packaging BV, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and Hänsel Flexible Packaging GmbH, based in Freital, Germany, each with over 100 years’ experience in the development, production and sale of packaging materials in the confectionery and bakery markets, came together in 2001 to be the leading waxed paper packaging manufacturers in Europe.
