I’m a personal chef born in Italy, based in the Netherlands.

CASA VALE is not only the abbreviation of valentina casadio, expressing who I am. CASA VALE also means "valentina's home"​ representing that intimate place which does not only mirror my identity, but also the culture and values rooted in my family tradition and in the land where I was born, Italy.

CASA VALE is born from my desire to cook for others, to share the emotion that food can give. Cooking is never an end to itself: we always cook for someone and for a reason. Offering, giving this food and the feelings that comes from those who taste it, is what is truly meaningful to me. Every ingredient, every dish, has a special meaning for each of us, but pleasure and joy, can be shared feelings.

Using only the freshest ingredients and products, I will create a menu tailored to your requests. You simply sit down, relax and enjoy the moment in company of your family or friends. Let my dishes be your guide through Italian cultures and traditions!
