Carriola provided individual as well as group counselling and training in the field of study and career support, parental guidance, and executive coaching. She gave efficient, personally tailored guidance to (young) people who 'have to' make choices in their study and career paths. She also organized regular informational events, training sessions and workshops covering study and career choice making. She worked according to the systemic approach of communication, but is now retired"
