About Carper Vinum

Ed Carper left his job in the IT business to fully focus on his passion for wine. In 2020 he won the Dutch wine tasting competition "Vinoloog of the year (Vinoloog= level 4 wine expert). And did his DipWSET and Weinakademiker studies in Austria 🇦🇹. He is always looking for ways to improve his wine knowledge and wine tasting skills to pass it on to his students and to let people experience the beautiful wines of word together with matching dishes.
