CARIBOU

About CARIBOU

We design transformative team retreats that go beyond the typical getaway. In just four days, we create the space for teams to reconnect, reset, and return to work with renewed motivation and clarity. Every retreat is curated with purpose, blending leadership development, meaningful connection, and moments of reflection in nature-rich, eco-conscious settings.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. From locally sourced meals to low-impact accommodations and climate-conscious travel options, we ensure that your team's growth doesn't come at the planet’s expense. Our mission is simple: empower people, build stronger teams, and respect the earth while doing it.
