Care Force is opgericht in 2002 en wij hebben sindsdien meer dan 1.000 artsen, medisch specialisten, tandartsen en verpleegkundigen geholpen aan een betere toekomst in Nederland of België. Onze kandidaten zijn BIG-geregistreerd, spreken Nederlands op het gewenste taalniveau en staan open voor een nieuwe uitdaging.

Onze opdrachtgevers zijn op zoek naar structureel extra menskracht, een frisse wind in de organisatie en naar ondernemende medewerkers. Onze kandidaten zijn op zoek naar een vaste baan in loondienst en een betere toekomst. Wij geloven erin dat het zorgtekort in Nederland en België op te lossen is, door vraag en aanbod beter op elkaar af te stemmen.
