With this project we aim to revolutionize E-mobility. How? By organizing a Caravan from Stockholm to Dubai for the occasion of the World Expo 2020, which will take place in Dubai from October 2020 to March 2021. Our project is aligned with the theme of the Expo ‘Connecting minds, Creating futures’.

The primary goal of this project is to contribute to O-emission mobility and development and diffusion of long range usage of E-vehicles. Our secondary goals are:

A) Plantation of trees to fight deforestation and generate carbon credits. B) Formation of cross-border networks between municipalities to: Support cultural exchange Support local and regional development Support idea of global citizenship C) Contribution to actions for peace

The term Caravan has an old Persian origin and describes a group of people that travel together. What we propose is to create a Caravan of electric cars driving 20.000 km from Stockholm to Dubai and returning, crossing 28 countries, which will contribute to a global sustainable and peaceful future. The Caravan is an occasion for a group of people to join their forces to cross the desert, overcome problems, create networks, plant trees along the way, work on local challenges and reach together a final destination.
