We bring two perspectives into one conversation: • future direction • leadership capability

Together, these conversations explore what new directions, opportunities and forms of growth may need to develop alongside the current business, and what this may require of leadership, innovation and ways of working.

Our work begins before strategies are reset or formal evaluations begin, at a moment when there is still room to explore possibilities, examine assumptions and consider alternative futures.

Starting from possible futures, we reason back to what those futures may require today. Using strategic imagination deliberately, we help leadership teams step outside the logic of the present, surface assumptions, explore alternative perspectives and recognize possibilities that are often difficult to see from within existing success models.

This work combines strategic imagination with real boardroom experience and creates space for disciplined exploration beyond day-to-day urgency.

A carefully designed one-day engagement in which boards, CEOs and executive teams explore possible futures, emerging opportunities and whether their future direction and collective leadership capability are still fit for what lies ahead.

Caracta is a partnership between Fennemiek Gommer and Anne Mieke Eggenkamp. Together, they bring future direction and leadership capability into one shared conversation, combining strategic imagination with boardroom experience.
