About CANGARU

The CANGARU Alternatives Fund is an open end investment fund (beleggingsfonds) as referred to in article 1:1 FSA and a fund for joint account (fonds voor gemene rekening) organised and established under the laws of the Netherlands.

The Fund’s objective is to achieve long term capital growth. To achieve this, the strategy of the Fund is to invest in a diversified portfolio of Investment Funds, predominantly hedge funds. The portfolio is composed of Investment Funds with various alternative strategies that aim to have a low correlation with traditional asset classes, especially during bear markets. The aim is to avoid illiquid strategies and illiquid Investment Funds. The portfolio will be managed without a benchmark and specified return objectives.

Privium Fund Management B.V. will act as the AIFM of the Fund and Stichting Juridisch Eigendom Cangaru Alternatives Fund will act as the legal owner of the assets and liabilities of the Fund.
