At Campus Werkspoor we understand that and we provide you with this completely. The site has approximately 18,000 m2 of office and business space in all shapes and sizes. Whether you are a medium-sized company or a start-up with a small team, there is a suitable space for everyone in our unique building.

The history and industrial look of the site give character to the offices of Campus Werkspoor. Add to that the green gardens, good facilities and an excellent lunch and you have the office of your dreams. But don't just take our word for it, discover it for yourself. The offices of Campus Werkspoor vary in size. The lockable spaces are delivered as standard with water and electricity connections, central property management, reception and use of a number of communal areas. You can then furnish the entire interior according to your own wishes. It goes without saying that there are special rates for tenants for the conference centre and catering.

Houtwerk 1 (2021) and Houtwerk 2 (May 2024) were previously built on Campus Werkspoor. As the name suggests, these buildings are constructed entirely of wood.

De Houtfabriek is the new project that we will be realising on Campus Werkspoor in 2025. The plans are currently being finalised. De Houtfabriek focuses on smaller tenants.
