"By the Dutch"​ was founded in 2015 with the mission to bring spirits with a Dutch heritage back in the spotlight. The company built around VOC (East Indian Trading Company) was born to tell a story of tradition and craftsmanship to the world.

By the Dutch embodies advocacy, quality, tradition and history. The company is present in 25 markets (United-States, United Kingdom, Italy, Sweden,..). The spirit portfolio includes Old Genever, Dry gin, Batavia Arrack Rum (Aged & Non-Aged), Advocaat (Egg Liqueur) and three cocktail bitters.
