BVVL work on a national level and are able to give professional advice concerning letting, leasing, investments, rent reviews and valuations of individual shops and investment portfolios. Clients are (international) retailers, institutional- en private investors, pension funds and developers.

BVVL is een advies organisatie gespecialiseerd in winkel onroerend goed en sinds 1994 actief als zelfstandig bedrijf. Voor de oprichting was reeds ruime ervaring opgedaan. Wij werken op landelijk niveau en kunnen u deskundig adviseren met betrekking tot aanhuur, verhuur, aankoop, verkoop, huurprijsherzieningen, research en taxaties van zowel solitaire objecten, als winkelcentra en beleggingsportefeuilles. Wij werken voor (internationale) winkelbedrijven, institutionele en particuliere beleggers, pensioenfondsen en ontwikkelaars.

Al onze werkzaamheden zijn gericht op het optimaliseren van het rendement voor onze opdrachtgevers.
