We started our brewing adventure beginning of 2019 when we realized how hard it was to find interesting non-alcoholic drinks.

As chefs and culinary enthusiasts in general, we’re wild about fermentation as substitute for alcohol. Why? Because it also adds flavor and gives more complexity and depth.

Butcha is locally brewed in The Netherlands and with fermentation & unconventional ingredients at the heart of our brand, we’re always in pursuit of flavours that intrigue.
