It is our mission to make insects more accessible by processing them as high-quality insect meat as an ingredient, and in consumer end-products. Burgs Foods B.V. is on the road to become one of the leading insect processing companies in Europe. By focussing on efficiency and quality in processing methods of insects we set out to become the benchmark in this newly emerging industry.

Globally we see a trend towards new and sustainable protein sources that can feed a growing population without putting too big of a burden on the environment. At Burgs Foods we have found insects to be a perfect sustainable and healthy protein source and some species taste great!
