Burgemeester Vastgoed is an independent, family-run real estate agency based in Amsterdam. We provide full buying and selling guidance for expats and Dutch clients in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Aalsmeer and Hoofddorp.

Barry Burgemeester is a certified buying and selling agent and has worked in Amsterdam real estate since 2000. He combines local market knowledge with personal guidance, strategic negotiation and careful assessment of property value and risks.

Our buying services include property selection, viewings, bidding strategy, negotiation, VvE and legal document checks, leasehold, foundation risk and guidance through to the final transfer at the notary.

For sellers, we provide pricing advice, sales strategy, professional presentation, marketing, viewings, negotiation and complete transaction guidance.

Buying clients work with us on a no cure, no pay basis. We never represent competing buyers within the same search area and budget. This allows us to protect each client’s interests and provide personal, independent guidance throughout the process.
