About Burgaflex Group

Burgaflex Group unites five specialist companies – Burgaflex, Design Bending, 3DesignX, AC Filter and Hebonilube – operating from eight locations worldwide, including six production sites.

Together, we design and manufacture high-quality hoses, fittings, tubing, filters, and automatic lubrication systems, as well as advanced 3D-printed components and prototyping solutions for a wide range of applications in HVAC, cooling, fuel, filtration and lubrication. Our solutions are trusted by OEMs and leading manufacturers across the automotive, bus, truck and off-highway industries.

Each company within the Group brings its own expertise: Burgaflex for fluid systems, Design Bending for non-fluid tubing, 3DesignX for industrial 3D printing and additive manufacturing, AC Filter for cabin overpressure systems and filters, and Hebonilube for automatic lubrication technology.
