Bureau La Poutre is een doorgewinterd coaching- en adviesbureau dat zijn klanten helpt met coaching (zowel voor teams als voor individuen), trainingen, organisatie advies, verandermanagement en interim- & proces management. Wij zijn actief bij de overheid, in het publieke domein en in het zakelijke bedrijfsleven. Bureau La Poutre onderscheidt zich met onze resultaatgerichte benadering op zowel procesmatig als inhoudelijk vlak en bevindt zich daarmee op het snijvlak tussen consultancy bedrijven met een inhoudelijke focus en trainingsbureaus met een procesmatige focus.

Bureau La Poutre is in 1991 opgericht door Michel La Poutre. Michel is de drijvende kracht achter het bedrijf, maar werkt geregeld samen met een aantal ervaren partners waar dat nodig is om projecten tot een goed einde te brengen.

Bij Bureau La Poutre houden we ervan om mensen te inspireren en stimuleren, zodat zij hun talenten en kwaliteiten beter leren kennen en optimaal kunnen benutten.
