About BuildtoGrow

We are BuildtoGrow. We empower scaleups and grownups to thrive and persist profitable growth over time. By embracing change, driving performance and navigating tomorrow. Not only to help grow and scale your business — but also to build critical skills and impact.

BuildtoGrow has emerged as a valuable partner for scaleups and grownups with providing solutions based on decades of rigorous research about leadership skills, (rapid) growth and scaling organizations, as well as our longstanding experiences with supporting (senior) leaders in navigating and sustaining profitable growth over time. Our founding partners, Justin Jansen and Tom Mom, are both professors at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and senior fellows of the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship.

We believe in co-creating journeys and applying validated methodologies to help entrepreneurs, leaders, and employees thrive and perform in fast-paced and changing landscapes. We build needed skills and help grow scaleups and grownups over time. Persistently. And profitably. Not just by becoming larger. But especially by becoming smarter, future-proof, and more sustainable.

We do not believe in the ordinary approach. That’s why we bring together the latest insights from academia with the world of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs and employees. Within startups. And scaleups. As well as those organizations in need of revamping their skillset. Scaling means that you are in a constant flux. You need to improvise and make decisions without all information available. Our unique insights have resulted in an impactful framework and approach to build and grow critical skills. So that you can thrive.
