About BSS Holland BV

Since 2008, BSS has evolved from a specialist supplier of drones and robots into a trusted TSEW integration and implementation partner for defence and homeland security organizations. We help customers turn separate technologies into one coherent, mission-ready capability. We begin with the operational effect they need to achieve—not with a specific product. We then bring together the right people, processes and systems to deliver that effect. Our approach is based on the Tactical Sensors-to-Effects Web (TSEW). TSEW connects sensors, decision-makers and effectors across the tactical edge. It turns operational data into actionable intelligence and helps move more quickly from detection and understanding to decision and coordinated effect—while keeping people in control.

We bring together four capability domains: • C5ISR — creating shared situational awareness and enabling faster, better-informed command decisions• CUxS — detecting, identifying, tracking and countering unmanned threats• UxS — extending operational reach and persistence while reducing risk to personnel• EW — creating situational awareness, protection and freedom of action in the electromagnetic spectrum

BSS integrates these domains into modular, interoperable solutions. Our role goes beyond supplying individual products: we ensure that technologies, systems and operational workflows work together effectively. We support the complete capability lifecycle—from concept development and experimentation to system design, integration, implementation, training, maintenance and operational support. By working closely with operators, customers and technology partners, we reduce integration risk, shorten implementation time and turn complex requirements into practical operational capabilities. The result is a connected TSEW capability that reduces cognitive load, accelerates the OODA loop and delivers the required operational effects. Because when every second matters, technology must strengthen the mission!
