With the BreathBalanz method you learn to calm your breathing. Because good breathing brings your life back into balance: both physically and mentally. With the BreathBalanz you follow an 80-day training program with breathing exercises and you measure your breathing frquency with the BreathBalanz sensor. This allows you to see and feel your progress.
