Brasserie Copper is gelegen op de Markt van Gouda. Een all day restaurant concept, maar dan net even anders dan de rest. Wij zijn gericht op constante kwaliteit, gezelligheid, de hele belevenis moet kloppen!
Wij zijn het gehele jaar geopend, van zomers knallen op het terras en in de tuin (terras 2), tot ’s winters genieten van onze gerechten met een goed glas wijn in het restaurant.
