I am an experienced senior marketing manager specialized in developing and executing customer strategy with A-brands in pan-European consumer markets. I am able to set strategic goals and have a proven track record to build and steer teams into achieving these goals while keeping a human and pragmatic perspective.

My true specialization is CRM strategy, Online Marketing, Database Marketing, E-mail Marketing and increasing NPS scores. As acknowledgment for my results in E-mail marketing at Albelli, I have won the E-Mail Man 2012 award handed out by the Dutch Dialogue Marketing Association (DDMA) in June 2012.
