About BONI

BONI GYM was founded in 1984 by Ro Dors as a Muay Thai (thai boxing) gym in Amsterdam. The gym was a place of discipline, respect and hard work. A place where world class fighters were bred. It was also a place of peace, a place where mental and physical strength came together.

BONI GYM officially closed its doors in Amsterdam in 2009 and the founder continued to teach in his home country Surinam after remigrating. The light of BONI GYM, however, has never dimmed. Ro Dors and his BONI GYM planted many seeds through the years. Soon the panther will rise again.
