My training's/workshops and talks are designed to: - Empowering managers of multinational companies leading international teams with the skills to get the best out of their teams. - Enabling expats to understand the expectations of an international work place or host country. Regardless of country or culture.They will be competent in dealing with it. For 50 years I have lived and worked with diversity in the East and the West, so, 'I have been there'. As an experienced expert I wrote a book 'Dutch-ess of the Himalayas' to inspire people living and working between culture. My second book (in Dutch) 'Wanneer Culturen Elkaar Ontmoeten' (When Cultures Meet) is due in November 2020. As a certified trainer (Interchange Institute Washington DC) I now use my knowledge and experience on cross culture to empower internationally operating people with skills to work successfully with other cultures.
